I wanted everyone to use the same web host so they have an equal chance ... though I suppose in this case you might as well use another web host.

Positively or negatively? Obviously it will have an effect ... I don't quite follow what you mean though.

Think about it, this page uses the word blippygo quite allot therefore this page is in a relavent to the keyword, so when Google caches this website / particular thread it may effect the results by being displaying at the top of the google results for the keyword, so then who wins xiTalk? .

lol I see what you mean, the competition is basically open to whoever has stated that they would like to compete.
Then again, I have advertised websites on places with high volumes of traffic, yet I've manged to rise above these people on Google when searching for relevant keywords funny enough ...

Im out I spent 3 days trying to install stuff on my-php.net.
That place is just....
Any ways they seem to have some issues with msql, and for the life of me I cant install tables via php.

Sounds like you're trying to come up with some complicated stuff for a simple web page. Not sure how you're doing it anyway, though I mostly set it up via FTP.

I don't understand what's going on, for the past week i have been primary position and now i have disappeared from the search engine completely - it's not the fact that i don't appear on the blippygo search term that's annoying me it's the fact that i have disappeared from everywhere on the search engine what seems to be almost indefinitely!?
Can anyone shed some light on what might be happening?

Well as I'm sure you know Del these results change constantly. My guess is you've either been getting less hits or you did something the google bot didn't like.

Your right they do change so often:
One moment wasn't even in the listing then i was a supplimentry result and now i am back at the top again.
I am just glad to be back, i haven't done anything wrong according to Google's terms and conditions so it's nothing to do with that.

OK to finish this competition, I think it will be best to see who's highest on google on 01 May 09:00 (GMT).
What will count as a win will be either the website itself, or another website that is closely linked to your own website.
If it is a website like XiTalk however where we are both registered at then it wont count.
