at first: sorry my english. 
make the swf transparent is very usefull and a lot of people dont know how to do it.
if i read right, minopharma topic BeginBitmapFill () method for SWF8 try to make a solution for that with textures.
but, is very dificult!
we want a simple solution.

replace the with and height for your values
and the word "apresentacao" for the your swf file name
now download this two files
http://gplace1.no.sapo.pt/AC_ActiveX.js[url]
http://gplace1.no.sapo.pt/AC_RunActiveContent.js[/url]
put the files in the same place of swf and thats it.
