seo is what you are doing here, search engibe optimization helps your website rank well in search engines, the more backlinks you get you are in matured list of search engines db, and you hav already linked to your website, and thats good.
seo companies, optimize your pages, optimize your page with specific keywords, checking keyword density, develop backlinks..
you may hire any company but I wuld suggest read internet forums and do it yourself
